The only records I can find for Olav Satra are for naturalization and a passport application.
The passport application indicates Olav Iverson Satra was born in Satra, Norway on Feb 2, 1883, immigrated on May 6 1904 sailing from Trondheim, lived in Minneapolis, Minnesota before moving to Seattle, Washington to become a fisherman. In his passport application, he wanted to return to Norway to visit "his aged infirm mother".
