Visalia is a Central California city situated in the heart of California’s agricultural San Joaquin Valley, approximately 230 miles southeast of San Francisco and 190 miles north of Los Angeles.
ReplyDeleteThe 1930 US census shows Mamie Heslop (b. abt 1873) still single at the age of 58, living with her much younger but married sister Julia De La Guerra (b. abt 1888) as well as a couple of her brothers (one widowed, one single).
