Ernest has carried papa out to Ben's tonight, Mother goes with us to Stowe tomorrow, and from there to Barre to spend Xmas she had an special invite and I am so glad she is going. We are all going to start for Cheneys in the morn. Have been killing chickens and doing everything today.
