Florence A Barry (b. 1892) appears to be the person it was addressed to. She lived on 3d avenue which is in ward 22 and that agrees with the 1910 US census record for her.
She would have been 14 years old.
It's a shame the postmark is so obscured / broken printed. All the foreign languages on the reverse side might indicate a polyglot neighborhood, which Brooklyn most certain was and is. The is an Anna Nyquist living in Brooklyn, the daughter of Ole and Selma Nyquist who is of the same age (b. 1893).
