D.J. Whipple, I Saw You Down at the Crossing, Ulysses, PA, 1916
[Postmark] Port Alleghany, PA June ??, 1916
[To] D.J. Whipple Ulysses, Pa.

I saw you down at that crossing and I waved but I guess I did not make quick enough motion as you didn't see me. Wish I were there for the game tomorrow. E. W.
Ulysses, PA is literally in the middle of nowhere. The "crossing" mentioned in the letter is for the Coudersport and Port Allegany Railroad and one of the 4 streets in the town!
